Thanks for all the name ideas!! We considered them all and and arrived here. From today forward…the pizza has a name! The Real Dill. It captures the local and All-American flavor of the region’s small town culture. We are looking forward to serving this one up!

Did anyone else out there grow up on hotdogs and pickles? Here is our take on this blast from the past…featuring smoked sausage and dill pickles on a barbeque-layered crust…Yum. Yum. Really! In Lori’s family, Emma and Les made this a pizza favorite for Lori and her six brothers and sisters. If you got three pickles on a slice of pizza, you thought you had died on gone to heaven! We wanted to capture a little of that enthusiasm in this pizza…but we NEED TO NAME THIS PIZZA!!!
We will be working on new flavors from time to time. These ‘Loco Locals’ will feature an ingredient or two from our local sources. This is our first in the series. Thanks to our local goodness partners.
