Welcome to our HopTown Wood Fired Pizza website…Lori and I have been busy over the last several months researching lots of pizza throughout the Washington and Oregon. And, even tasted pizzas in Barcelona, Sitges, Coast of Italy, London and Budapest.
We wanted to introduce pizza to our lovely central valley with all that worldwide flavor influencing every bite. This summer, in Sitges, Spain, we found a great little wood fired pizza joint near the beach. Julien, our new friend, talked us into taking a pizza home after a day on the beach, but we didn’t even make it out the door, before it was gone! Yum.
